Since the people, mediators, judges and jurors, as well as the specific factual and legal circumstances of any two cases are always different, results in any one case do not mean that the same or even better results will be obtained in another case, even if the cases, claims, and defenses of the two cases seem or really are similar.

Even with the best results, results are but one component of success. The law firm defines success in this way:

First, the client knew what to expect.
Second, the client knew what was going on when it was going on.
Third, the client had a great result.
